Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout:

  • Domestic Shipping:
  • Delivery time: 10 – 15 business days. 
  • Our courier partners: We Ship through third party Shipping Service Provider, who ships via Delhivery, FedEx, DHL, Bluedart and as for delivery to remote locations, we use India Speed Post.
  • Standard Shipping: Free Shipping
  • Priority/Custom Shipping: Please contact our Customer Care for Priority based or your own Shipping Preference.
  • International Shipping:
  • Delivery time: 10 – 15 business days.
  • Our courier partners: We Ship through third party Shipping Service Provider, who ships via Aramex, FedEx, Bluedart, Delhivery.
  • International Shipping Rates:
  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at the time of Check-out based on product weight and package dimensions.
  • Priority Shipping: Please contact our Customer Care for Priority based or your own Shipping Preference.

Order Processing Time

All the orders placed will be processed and dispatched between 3 to 10 days depending on the availability of raw materials/artisan, weather conditions in case of use of the natural materials etc. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be received to us on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking and Delivery

  • Post shipping, the details of tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.
  • Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
  • The order status can also be viewed on Varso’s website under “My Orders” section from User Account/Profie Page 
  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before it is returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
  • Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery.
  • In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

Modes of Payment

  • For Domestic orders, we accept COD, all major debit & credit cards, Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options through third party payment gateway: RazorPay.

  • For all International transactions, we accept major Credit and Debit Cards through third party payment gateway: RazorPay
  • Please Note: As per RBI regulations in India, all credit and debit cards issued in Indian Territory cannot be used for transactions in international currency by default unless overridden by the card holder explicitly with the bank.
