1. Bust/Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level under your arms.

2. Waist: Wrap the tape around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button.

3. Low Waist: Measure around the area approximately 2-3 inches below your natural waistline.

4. Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips, about 8 inches below your waist.
